Here is an excel spreadsheet outlining the items you will need to select for a building project (eg. colour of fascia, gutter, door handle type, bathroom fittings and fixtures etc.) A good tool to go through with a client to make sure nothing is missed, or if you are the client; to clarify your selections with your trades/builder.
