Quoting Template

I have found that there is a necessary balance to achieve when quoting a building project. Too much information and the quoting process becomes arduous and complicated. Too little information and you run the risk of missing key elements that can end up being very costly. What is needed is a happy medium, and the following quoting template that we have developed is a good starting place for this reason. I advise that the bold items in the list be elements of the build that you source external quotes for, the unbold items you should be able to work out either by experience, or through a quick phone call or google search.
